Muay Thai, or Thai Boxing, is the national sport of Thailand. It is a combat sport that utilizes stand-up striking along with various clinch techniques.
Our upper level Muay Thai classes consist of heart-pounding cardio, endurance training, detailed technique, and optional sparring.
Our introductory Muay Thai classes also provide a challenging workout while teaching you the basics of the sport.
Brazillian Jiu Jitsu, or BJJ, teaches a smaller person to successfully defend themselves against a stronger, heavier opponent through proper technique and leverage. Brazillian Jiu Jitsu practitioners learn to take the fight to the ground and apply submission holds to defeat their opponent.
Our BJJ classes feature warm-up drills, both beginner and advanced techniques, and opportunities to roll with classmates and try out what you’ve learned.
Our kids’ BJJ classes are just like our adult classes, but scaled for younger learners. Your kids will benefit from experienced instructors in a safe and encouraging learning environment.
