Keith started wrestling from 7th grade until he joined the Marine Corps where he also wrestled freestyle and Greco Roman on the all marine wrestling team. After leaving the Marines, he started entering “Top Cop” and “Trooper Challenge” fitness competitions, winning first place for the state of Virginia in 2002.

Keith is also a certified referee for the US Grappling tournament circuit. He has been a member of the Revolution BJJ team since 2012 and loves the learning environment and the quality instruction. Keith still has a passion for learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Muay Thai, and will always be a student of the arts. He loves teaching and coaching, and watching his students learn, progress and succeed as they grow in the sport.

With his diverse background, Keith has taught bjj and defensive tactics to law enforcement, military and civilian students, but he will always be a student of the arts.
